Project Description

The Project proposes the removal of all existing structures and the construction of approximately 807,200 square feet of new development (approximately 707,801 net new square feet) with an FAR of 3.91:1. The Project proposes the development of 516 residential units (508,200 gross square feet), 99,000 square feet of retail floor area (consisting of a 50,000-square-foot grocery store, 40,000 square feet of general retail use, and 9,000 square feet of restaurant uses), 200,000 square feet of creative office floor area, and enclosed subterranean parking. The Project no longer includes a Land Use Equivalency Program.
